Native House is not responsible for items after shipment. Any damage that occurs due to shipment, please contact your chosen carrier to make a claim. It is the customers responsibility to purchase extra insurance at check out to cover cost of items. Any defects in ceramics due to manufacturing will be refunded if reported 24/48 hours after shipment with photo or video documentation. A return slip will be issued and all items must be shipped back within 2 weeks to receive a full refund.
