Disclaimer: use at your own risk! These are best used with handmade stoneware mugs that can withstand the heat. Do not set a cold mug on direct flame. Don’t use with low fire slip cast mass produced mugs- they could crack due to weakness in the glaze or clay. Native house is not responsible if your mug cracks from exposure to direct flame.
Native House is not responsible for packages after they leave the studio. Contact your shipping carrier for claims on broken, missing or stolen packages. Native House is not responsible for stolen packages after they have shipped from the studio. If you receive your item and it has a flaw from faulty manufacturing please email the studio within a week of receiving your mug with pictures to arrange for return.
